IBM BigBlue ヘッドコーチ 山田晋三

いよいよIBM BigBlueとして初のJapan X Bowlに挑みます。これは言うまでもなく、1976年の発足時からチームを支えてくれた皆様の努力があってこそです。チームを支えてくれたファンの皆様、スポンサーの皆様、そしてOB/OGの皆様に心から感謝いたします。

私がヘッドコーチになった2010年以降、チームは "変革" そして "進化" の連続でした。現場にいた選手は戸惑いも多かったと思いますが、ようやくこの舞台にみんなで立てることを本当に嬉しく思います。選手は練習だけでなく仕事も含めて本当にハードにがんばっていました。いつも通り思い切りプレーして、エキサイティングなフットボールを皆さんに披露してくれることと信じています。

富士通フロンティアーズは、タレントの揃った、良くコーチングされている、素晴らしいチームです。総合力では我々よりも上ですが、何とかします。何をするかはここで書けないので、どうか試合会場で確認してもらえたら幸いです。東京ドームでお待ちしています！

IBM BigBlue Head Coach Shinzo Yamada

Finally we are here! X league Championship game (Japan X Bowl)!! First and foremost, I want to appreciate all of the support that the Fans, Sponsors, and Alumni of the BigBlue has given us ever since 1976. Without your support, we would never made it here.

Ever since I became the Head Coach in 2010, it was a series of "Drastic Change" and "Evolution" in how we play football. I know adjusting to this transformation was very difficult so I am really happy for the players to make it to the Japan X Bowl. They worked so hard to make it to this stage. I firmly believe that the BigBlue players will play hard as always and show our EXCITING football at the Japan X Bowl.

Fujitsu Frontiers is a great team with talent and with great coaches. They have the advantage over us but we have our chances too. I can not write what we are going to do so please come and see it live! Looking forward to seeing you @ Tokyo Dome!!
